General info:

• I reserve the right to refuse / cancel a commission at any given time.
• I reserve the right to put you onto my blacklist for any given reason.
• I reserve the right to use this commission as a portfolio example.• My ETA is 1 ~ 2 weeks; My wait list can be tracked here: Trello
• I am chronically Ill, ETA is estimated based off when I am not sick.
• Not first come, first served; you have the right to cancel at any time.
• All Races / Genders / Etc are accepted as long as I am comfortable with it.

Payments:

• All payments are done through paypal invoice.
• Final price (not including potential difficulty fee) will be discussed prior to me starting your commission.
• If the estimate given is too much but you'd still like a commission, I'm willing to work out a payment plan.• An invoice with the final estimate will be sent prior to your commission being started.
• You will need to pay half of your total commission estimate before I begin working
• All commissions have a 25% non-refundable deposit prior to work beginning.
• You will not receive the completed product until the commission is paid in full.• Full refund is provided if I choose to cancel your commission.

Terms of service:

• I accept 3 edit requests up to 2 weeks after completion. This is subject to a fee depending on difficulty.
• Unless the privacy fee is paid, your commission will go into early access THEN go public a month after (Non-applicable to sculpts, which remain private unless specified otherwise).• All paid edits (not done by me) of my work must go public. Temporary paywall is fine.
• Do not claim my work as your own, private 3D / texture edits are allowed.
• Do not post your commission publicly, sharing with your friends is okay.
• Do not send other people's characters as references, under any circumstance.
• Do not convert or use my work with the intent of creating NSFW lalafell.• Do not recreate/copy/trace any of my work with intent to upload unless given written permission.
• Do not use my work for commercial use (i.e: reselling a sculpt) unless given written permission.
• Do not ask me to work with other people's work (i.e: tails / ears) unless given written permission.• All work is done digitally and no physical items will be shipped.
